Hungary’s foreign ministry has summoned the Ukrainian ambassador to a meeting on Monday to address the ban on entry to Ukraine of Hunor Kelemen, the leader of Romania’s ethnic Hungarian RMDSZ party, the ministry’s state secretary said.
