The photos portrayed various scenes from the U.S. East Coast related to water: rainy city shots from New York City, small American towns on lakes, Niagara Falls, and so on. The unifying theme was the beauty of water.

Journalists were allowed into the studios and some even had the chance to become weathermen/women for a few minutes in front of the blue screen.
