Last weekend witnessed the 7th Whisky & Fine Spirit Show in Budapest, organised by WhiskyNet - Hungary’s top whisky distributor - and the Hungarian Whisky Club, led by Dávid Kovács. Authorities To Continue Checks To Filter Out ‘Taxi Scammers’ In Hungary

Transport authorities checked nearly 1,250 taxis and took action in 98 cases during the tourist season this summer as part of an enhanced scheme to obstruct “taxi scammers”, the development ministry said on Tuesday.

Sausage Festival In Budapest, 13 - 15 October

This annual festival featuring 250 types of spiced up meat will be held at the Hungarian Railway Museum this year. As well as lots of porky specials available along several 'Sausage Streets', there will be family programs, folklore shows, 'nostalgic music programs' and dance, plus apparently presentations of enormous sausages, during this three day special Hungarian gastro event.
