Chanteuse Veronika Harcsa and guitarist Bálint Gyémánt were once classmates in the Jazz Department of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. One went on to study in Brussels, the other in Oslo, and yet they ended up becoming each other’s most important music companions.

Musician Tamás Somló, a long-time member of rock group Locomotiv GT, has died at age 68, his bandmate Gábor Presser announced on behalf of the family and the group. Somló had been fighting cancer for several years.
