The retail authority MKEH has withdrawn the licence of travel agency Korzika Holidays, leaving 33 travellers stranded abroad. The company had little capital and ran into a difficult situation. The tourists will return to Hungary with the help of the agency’s guarantee deposit. Korzika could not keep up with recent changes in travelling patterns, CEO Sándor Zsila observed.

Taxi-hailing service Uber will continue to operate in Budapest, even after a new decree requiring its drivers to be licenced comes into force on Thursday, managing director Zoltán Fekete said in a statement.
