Simultaneously with the Festival of Folk Arts, on the 20th of August an exhibition will open up for the publich in the Várkert Bazár’s Testőrpalota. Those, who have tickets for the festival will receive 15% off of the ticket to see the exhibition, otherwise until the 22nd of November the following will apply.

Hungarian magazine Hetek recently published an article which explored job opportunities, or lack thereof, around Hungary. The magazine looked at job listings, called employers looking to hire, spoke to employees, and looked at studies that sized up work-related stress among employees and managers. Working in Hungary, it turns out, is not that easy.

Hungary’s two-time Olympic medallist Géza Imre struck Epee gold at the fencing world championships in Moscow, Russia, on Wednesday. The 41-year-old Hungarian was up against one of the discipline’s finest, Frenchman Gauthier Grumier. In a tight affair, Mr. Imre won through by a single strike – 15-14 – while Denmark’s Patrick Jorgensen and Korean Seung Hwa Jung won bronze.
