Hungary has been named the winner of the Bocuse d'Or Europe, a proud moment for the host country.
The Bocuse d'Or is one of the most prestigious cooking competitions in the world and for the chefs taking part, a high point of their careers.
Chefs from 20 countries battled it out in Budapest on Tuesday and Wednesday. The 11 best will go forward to the world final in Lyon in January 2017.

The photographer and author Enikö Nagy has spent several years collecting everyday moments - in photography and spoken word - from over 45 tribes and ethnic groups across 30,000km of Sudan, in some of the hardest-to-access regions of the world, to produce the English-Arabic bilingual poetic picture book SAND IN MY EYES: Sudanese Moments, that this exhibition is drawn from.

It is hard to describe this surprising, humorous and thoughtful form which one can see as an extreme physical rendering of Albert Camus’ “Myth of Sisyphus”, or maybe just a questioning on this simple object that is a rope hanging down from the ceiling.

Gilbert Ash Secures £2m Budapest Embassy Project

Belfast based construction business Gilbert-Ash Fit-Out has been appointed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to complete a significant refurbishment project for the British Embassy in Budapest, in a contract worth £2m.
The project, which will begin in July 2016, will see the company working in its 40th country with the FCO.
