State-owned Magyar Posta expects to deliver 14% more parcels and packages this year than the 41 million it handled in 2018, the postal company and the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) said in a joint statement, news site magyarnemzet.hu reported.

Even though webshops once again did their very best to prepare for the Christmas season in 2016, and the capacities of courier services were fully utilised as well, one in six Internet users aged 18+ still had reason for varying levels of concern about delays in the delivery of products ordered online in festive season in Hungary. Webshops are blamed at least as often for the delays as couriers.

Low income families need all types of gently used clothing, particularly warm clothes and coats for cold weather, formal clothes (to attend job interviews), kids' clothing (they grow out of them so fast!), and shoes. It's really helpful if donated clothing is clean, reasonably wrinkle-free, or neatly folded.
