Budapest Mayor Gergely Karacsony and the opposition Tisza and Two-Tailed Dog parties have submitted a proposal "aimed to paralyse public transport in Budapest" on the August 20 national holiday, Alexandra Szentkiralyi, leader of the ruling parties' group in the municipal assembly, said on Facebook.
