Budapest has the potential to become a five-star global tourism destination, the consultancy firm BDO Hungary said in a survey. The STR Global international monitoring system shows that the average rate in Budapest’s five-star hotels is still among the cheapest, yet the city offers one of the richest architectural, cultural and gastronomical experiences in Europe.

The ecotourism institution, which has been developed into a visitors' centre out of a forest school, was inaugurated by Deputy State Secretary András Rácz and Government Commissioner Richárd Tarnai.
