The coronavirus vaccine is not an ideological issue and the acquisition of vaccines from China and Russia has greatly helped speed up Hungary’s vaccination drive, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said in an interview with the Russia Today TV channel.

By late May and early June, fully 6.8 million people could be vaccinated, Orbán said in his regular interview to public broadcaster Kossuth Radio. This would mean Hungary would have 3.5 million more people inoculated than a country with a similar size and population.
