Hungarians travelled and spent more abroad this summer, the business daily Világgazdaság said on Thursday, citing Central Statistical Office figures. In the third quarter of the year, Hungarians paid 5.5 million trips abroad, 7.7 percent more than in the same period of 2015.

Hungary rejects the mandatory scheme proposed by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, Lázár noted at a weekly government press briefing.
