Budapest has one less rival in the bid to host the 2024 Summer Olympics as 52% of voters in a Sunday referendum in Hamburg voted against bidding to stage the competition. The remaining candidates are Los Angeles, Paris and Rome, along with Budapest. The International Olympic Committee will select the winner in 2017.

In September 2015, the volume of retail sales grew by 5.1 percent year-on-year, and thus the sector’s positive sales trend has been in place for the 28th consecutive month.
