The Kooks, known for their sing-along anthems and high-energy performances, will take the Main Stage on Friday, August 9, just before Kid Cudi. They’ll be performing alongside a diverse lineup that day, including Caribou, Amelie Lens, Carlita, Theodora, and Blossoms. 

Sziget 2025 kicks off this Wednesday, August 6, and runs until August 11, transforming Óbuda Island in the heart of Budapest into a celebration of music, arts, and freedom.

This year’s lineup features major international acts including Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, Shawn Mendes, Justice, Empire of The Sun, Little Simz, and FKA Twigs, along with an extensive program of electronic music, visual arts, workshops, sports, and more. 

Day tickets and Festival Passes are still available for those who don’t want to miss out on this year’s edition. The Island of Freedom officially opens its gates on Wednesday, August 6 at 8 AM, welcoming festivalgoers for six unforgettable days on Óbuda Island. 

 Sziget Festival takes place from August 6 – August 11.
