This year at 4th of October WAMP will take place at an impressive location, the Museum of Applied Arts. The Danish choreographer and dancer, Kitt Johnson gave a master class for Hungarian contemporary dancers at the beginning of this month. The result of their experimentation will be presented on 25 and 26 September in the form of a unique urban walk in the streets of Budapest as part of the 10th PLACCC Festival.

Last weekend marked the annual National Gallop on Budapest’s Heroes’ Square as one of the city’s main attractions was taken over by jockeys and horses. At the end it was János Németh from the Southern town of Baja who won the finals of the 8th National Gallop, winning the cup as well as the 5 million HUF cash prize and an original Hungarian hussar sabre dated back to the mid-19th century.
