With the Embassy’s assistance a unique platform was created where jazz musicians and their audiences could come together to continue a tradition that enriches Hungary’s cultural scene.

"To commemorate World Water Day (March 22), the American Corner Budapest and the U.S. Embassy have organized the “Beauty of Water - East Coast Rain” photo exhibition. The photos portrayed various scenes from the U.S. East Coast related to water: rainy city shots from New York City, small American towns on lakes, Niagara Falls, and so on. The unifying theme was the beauty of water.
