Munkácsy Exhibition Extended In Pécs

Seen until 1 December. An exhibition showcasing the biggest and most comprehensive private collection of works by 19th-century Hungarian painter Mihály Munkácsy has been extended to run until December 1 in the Zsolnay Cultural Centre in Pécs, in southern Hungary.

The Holy Crown of Hungary, also known as the Crown of Saint Stephen (Szent Korona), was the coronation crown used by the Kingdom of Hungary for most of its existence. Since 2000, this Holy Crown has been on display for visitors to see in the central Domed Hall of the Hungarian Parliament.
