Gyárfás said in a speech to the gathering that no matter how unfair he considers the attacks of recent weeks, he feels that he must tolerate the slaps and cannot hide as his responsibility is so large.

The document is almost forty pages long, full of tables and graphs, and defies being summarized in a few paragraphs.
