Work will soon start on expanding the Millenáris Park in the 2nd district in Buda, with a deep garage for 500 cars and landscaped gardens among the plans, the economy minister said. The designs for the 2.5 hectare site are ready and the procedure for obtaining the relevant permits is under way, Mihály Varga, the MP who represents the 2nd and 3rd districts of Budapest, said.
