The Danube Bend is one of the most beautiful parts in Hungary. And it's not even an hour away from Budapest!

Also, forests are the most colorful during the middle of October so this will be the perfect type to check them.

Join us on this scenic hike on October 23 where we will both enjoy and take care a bit of nature.

We will meet at 9:30 AM at Nyugati railway station, near the vending machines at platform 7. We'll take the train departing to Zebegény at 10:07. We will take a short hike from there through the forest to the Julianus lookout and back.

At the top we'll be see the Danube bending all around us, it's pretty magical!

At the end you can have a beer, cake or dinner at a local place or head back straight to Budapest. The train tickets will cost you 2400 HUF in total, or 1200 if you're a student.
