contemporary
- 28 Jun 2026 4:00 PM
- A38 Ship Budapest
In the new gastronomic series of A38 Bistro, we bring the flavors, joie de vivre and atmosphere of exciting regions of the world over the Danube. Our second stop: Latin America.
On June 28th, we will be waiting for you on the A38 with Venezuelan flavors and a summer onboard atmosphere: arepa, cachapa, ceviche, fried fish, cocktails and Latin music at sunset.
You can also taste several Venezuelan favorites at the event. There will be cachapa, a sweet, thick pancake made of fresh corn, which we serve with cheese, pickled red onion, sour cream, juicy pulled pork and spicy black beans.
We will also be preparing arepa, the iconic street food of Venezuela: a crispy corn cake on the outside, soft on the inside, filled with our fried fish, coleslaw sauce and avocado cream.
Fresh, summery flavors are provided by Venezuelan ceviche with shrimp, lime, coriander and passion fruit, paired with plantain chips. For dessert, Tres leches will be served.
DJ Apolleus from Venezuela will provide the music, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
