However, only 33% of Budapest residents support Fidesz, 25% favour the left-wing opposition, while Jobbik and LMP each have 10% support.

Only 43% of respondents said they intend to vote in the October 12 local elections, while 23% said they will probably do so.

Across Hungary, support for Fidesz among decided party voters has risen from 49% in August to 56%.
