The new Hidegkúti Nándor Stadium in east Budapest, home to the MTK soccer team, will be completed by September 1 next year, Tamás Deutsch, the president of the team, told a press conference marking the demolition of the old facility, which is to give way to a new construction. Deutsch said that the cost of demolition amounted to nearly 149 million forints (EUR 482,000). The new stadium will have over 5,000 seats.
