He suggested that financial constraints could be removed from the way of creative activities.
In his address, Orbán envisaged “great but chaotic times in Europe”, which he said would “rearrange the ranking of nations” and added that culture will gain increasing importance.
“Our national culture will be a trump card in our hands,” he said, adding that the country will rely on the work of the awardees.
