Former Ukrainian deputy Hryhoriy Omelchenko has threatened Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and his family in a video uploaded to YouTube, news portal Index.hu reported on Wednesday.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has effectively issued a death threat against Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, Péter Szijjártó, the foreign minister, declared at a public forum on Thursday in Sopron. "But Hungary cannot be blackmailed, no matter what threats are made," he said, adding that Zelensky had gone "beyond all limits".
President Tamas Sulyok has set the date for Hungary's next parliamentary election at April 12, and the presidential office has confirmed it, MTI reports.
