His first album was named 'Lateness of the Hour', which was released in 2011. Several tracks have been released and a couple of clips have been made, but the success was "Too Close" in 2012 and immediately added to the Billboard 100 list, later featured in the Top10. Since then, the video for the song has been watched by more than 40 million people on Youtube.
In 2012, his career continued to go upward, as Rudimental asked him to a create a song together featuring John Newman. On October 17, Not Giving In has been announced. Later, the British band made a song again with Clare, named Give You Up, released on Rudimental's debut album.
In 2013, he was nominated at the BRIT Awards for Too Close in "The Best English Music" category. In the same year he co-worked with Sub Focus and then produced a song entitled "Give It All" with Don Diablo and Kelis.
In May 2014 he released the first song on his second album, War Rages On, and in August released his second album:Three Hearts.
