Hungary Tops EU Home Price Rise List
Home prices in Hungary were up by 14% year-on-year in the second quarter, the fastest increase in the EU, according to Eurostat data.

The EU average was 4.2%, up from 4.1% in the first quarter.

Hungary’s 14% second-quarter price growth was followed by Luxembourg with 11.4% and Croatia with 10.4%.

Home prices dropped only in Italy, by 0.2%.

Eurostat has no data yet on Greece.
