Budapest Bubi Bike System To Be Suspended
The capital's bicycle renting system MOL Bubi is closing at the end of November for the winter season, the Budapest transport centre BKK announced on Wednesday.

New rents cannot be initiated in the system but the bicycles can be used by current clients until November 29.

All subscribers who had paid for a pass but cannot use the bikes will be compensated.

MOL Bubi will be prepared for an overhaul, BKK said, but specified no restart date.

Video below shows how 'Hungary aimed to become cycle-friendly via Bubi bikes'.
