Insurers Pay Out HUF 2.2 Billion On Recent Storm Damage Claims
Hungarian insurers have approved almost 2.2 billion forints in claims by homeowners whose property was damaged by recent storms, the Hungarian Insurers Association (MABISZ) said.

Policy holders filed more than 32,000 claims for damages from the February storms.

MABISZ members expect to pay out another 750 million forints on claims from corporate and institutional policy holders.
