Coronavirus: Hungary Sees Significant Drop In Chinese Tourists
Hungary has seen a significant drop in the number of Chinese tourists visiting the country since the outbreak of the new coronavirus, tourism journalist Róbert Richárd Kiss told public news channel M1.

Last year, some 300,000 Chinese tourists visited Hungary, with 20,000-25,000 arriving each month, Kiss said.

But the January cancellation rate was between 40 and 60 percent, he said, adding that the Hungarian economy was going to feel the negative effects of the virus.
