Hungary Guest Nights Plunge 97% In April
Guest nights spent in Hungary in April dropped by 97% year on year to 69,000 on the back of coronavirus-related restrictions, the Central Statistical Office said.

The number of guest nights spent by foreign visitors dropped by 98.7% to 17,000, while domestic tourist nights fell by 95% to 52,000.

Hungary closed its borders to foreign travellers, with some exceptions, on March 17.
