Specialist Advocates for Fifth Inoculation in Hungary Against Covid

A fifth inoculation against the coronavirus should be permitted, virologist Miklós Rusvai told ATV on Tuesday.

He said those who have received four inoculations have no possibility of receiving another inoculation against new variants of the coronavirus at present.

“Those who belong to a high-risk group and have displayed a rather responsible attitude by having four inoculations should be allowed to have the fifth one; it is very important to achieve this as soon as possible”, he said.

Rusvai said this is important because the earlier vaccines can no longer provide good protection against the new variant.
