The government is reversing Hungary's withdrawal from the International Criminal Court (ICC) and revokes the termination of the court's statute and the agreement on the privileges and immunities of the court, in line with government resolutions published in the official government gazette on Friday.
Prime Minister Peter Magyar on Tuesday appointed Balint Ruff, head of the Prime Minister's Office, as deputy prime minister.
The government has granted the Finance Ministry special powers because of the significantly higher time-proportional budget deficit than the one in the adopted budget bill, a government resolution published in the official gazette Magyar Kozlony shows.
The ministers of health, justice, education and child welfare, and finance will each hold veto power in government decision-making, Prime Minister Peter Magyar announced in parliament on Tuesday.
