Xanga & Accor to Build Debrecen Airport Hotel
Hungarian investment and development company Xanga Group – a former owner of Debrecen International Airport – and French hotel operator Accor have agreed to open an ibis Styles hotel next to the airport in Debrecen.

The four-storey hotel, with 73 rooms and 20 suites, will open in 2025.

The ibis Styles hotel brand is a part of the Accor group, which operates the chain at over 560 locations in 45 countries.

Xanga has been involved in the development of turnkey industrial and logistics facilities for over two decades.

Passenger numbers at the Debrecen airport are set to reach 300,000 in 2023 from 250,000 a year earlier and, according to industry estimates, could rise to 1.5-2 million by 2030.
