Baán's Mandate Renewed at Helm of Fine Arts Museum
János Csák, the culture and innovation minister, has renewed László Baán’s mandate at the helm of the Museum of Fine Arts in Budapest for another five-year term.

Baán, whose mandate had been set to expire in November, will “continue his excellent job done in the past 20 years” until December 2029, Csak told a press conference held in the museum.

Baán told the gathering that the museum’s results achieved so far were the achievement of “an excellent team”.

Baán was a government commissioner for a new collection of public buildings located in the City Park and continues to oversee the associated Liget Project.
