180 Hungarian Athletes Competing in Paris Olympics
Nine Hungarian consuls will be on duty in France during the Paris Olympics and they can offer help on the premises to athletes, their escorts and fans, if necessary, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced.

He said 13,831 tickets had been sold to Hungarian fans to date, most of them for the water polo and handball games and the kayak-canoe races.

Seven of the nine consuls will be on duty in Paris and two at the Lyons venues from today, when the games begin.

A total of 180 Hungarian athletes are taking part in 21 events at the Olympics, among them a 15-year-old swimmer, Vivien Jackl.
