Ambitious Koton is Opening Eight Stores in Hungary
As part of its global growth strategy, the Turkish fashion brand, Koton, is opening eight new stores in Hungary. These stores will be in locations managed by Adventum and are planned to open in 2024.

The signing took place in Istanbul, attended by A. Bülent Sabuncu, CEO of Koton, and Kristóf Bárány, founding partner of Adventum Group.

Koton's medium-term plans include opening 130-150 new stores worldwide, primarily internationally. The first stores will open in shopping malls, including three in Budapest, in the last quarter of 2024.

Koton stores will also open in rural cities such as Sopron, Debrecen, Szeged and Székesfehérvár. The stores will collectively have over 6000 square metres of retail space.

The largest will be in the Köki Shopping Centre, occupying approximately 1000 square metres.

A. Bülent Sabuncu stated: "In line with our globalization strategy, we will continue with our growth initiatives. Last year, 34.5% of our revenue came from our international activities."

Kristóf Bárány added, "Koton is one of Turkey’s largest fashion brands. We are delighted to assist them in their expansion into Hungary."

The Adventum Group manages over 700,000 square metres of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe.
