Budapest's Óbuda University & Wuxi Partner for Cutting-Edge Innovation Center

Budapest's Obuda University is partnering with China's Wuxi High-Tech Zone on the establishment of a high-tech innovation centre, the school said on Monday.
Under an agreement signed on Monday, in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the sides will set up the Torch Innovation Centre to strengthen cooperation between science parks and serve as an example for projects in other BRI countries.
Levente Kovacs, the rector of Obuda University, said the cooperation aimed to advance innovative research that could be applied to areas of industry.
