Home Rental Rates Rise 7.7% in Hungary this November
Home rental rates in Hungary rose 7.7pc year-on-year in November, date compiled by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.

Rental rates in the capital increased 7.8pc.

In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates edged down 0.6pc for the whole country and fell 1.1pc in Budapest.

The average monthly rental rates for flats in Budapest ranged from less than HUF 200,000 in outlying districts to HUF 340,000 in the leafy District II.

The average monthly rental rate was HUF 220,000 in Debrecen, HUF 200,000 in Gyor and HUF 160,000 in Szeged.
