First Wave of Acts of Sziget Festival Budapest Landed
The highly anticipated Sziget Festival 2025 has unveiled its first wave of performers, setting the stage for an unforgettable event. Headliners include Charli XCX, who continues to dominate the charts with her Brat album, and breakout star Chappell Roan, celebrated for her acclaimed album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.

Taking place on Budapest's Hajógyári Island, the festival promises a diverse lineup featuring global music icons and rising stars.

Among the top acts are French electronic duo Justice, early-2000s rock legends Papa Roach, and pop sensation Nelly Furtado. Fans of electronic music can look forward to performances by techno DJ Anyma (of Tale of Us), trance pioneer Armin van Buuren, and Boris Brejcha. Irish hip-hop group Kneecap, fresh from their documentary success, adds to the exciting roster.

While the lineup leaked early due to a scheduling mishap on Sziget’s YouTube channel, the official announcement has only amplified the buzz. With artists spanning genres from techno to pop, rock, and hip-hop, the festival is shaping up to be a must-attend event.

Sziget Festival 2025 will take place from August 6 to 11.
