Home Rental Rates in Hungary Climb Again in April
Home rental rates in Hungary rose 7.6pc year-on-year in April, data compiled by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.

Rental rates in the capital increased 8.6pc. In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates edged up 0.9pc nationwide and increased 1.3pc in Budapest.

In the capital, the average monthly rental rate was HUF 250,000, Ingatlan.com said. The average monthly rental rate was HUF 225,000 in Debrecen, Hungary's second-biggest city. In the county seats of Szeged, Pecs and Gyor, rates were between HUF 160,000 and HUF 190,000.
