Hungary's First Movie Theme Park Opens At Korda Studio
The first film theme park in Hungary was opened Tuesday in the presence of hundreds of invited guests at the Korda Studio in Etyek.
An annual 30,000-40,000 visitors are expected at the EU-funded Korda Sándor Visitors Centre, said Erik Bánki, chairman of Parliament's sports and tourism committee, in his opening speech.
The park cost over Ft 1 billion to build. Among other attractions, are the studios where sets for Hellboy 2 can be seen, and performances by stunt men. The facility will open to the public on July 1."
