After 15 years of banking he decided to have a year long sabbatical and that led him to take the decision to abandon his career in finance and start this business - Yogurt Fabbrica in Budapest - with his childhood Hungarian friend!
1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?

2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
New York, London, Moscow
3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
First impression is that people are genuinely relaxed...maybe its just an impression after New York...
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Its a thermal town, so at least to try one of the many thermals you can find in Budapest
5. What is your favourite Hungarian food?
Halászlé
6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
Milk
7. What is your favourite Hungarian word?
Kedves. Its the first that I learned..
8. What do you miss the most from home?
Couscous
9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
Professional golfer
10. What's a job you would definitely never want?
Accountant
11. Where did you spend your last vacation?
Saint Remy de Provence in the little region called les Alpilles in South of France
