1. Where did you grow up?

I grew up in a small town in Hungary called Nyergesújfalu, surrounded by nature on the Danube riverside.

2. If you could be an expat anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

I would choose somewhere warm because I’m a summer child. My preferences, in order, are: Tenerife, Peru, New Zealand, Australia, and ASEAN countries. The combination of breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and a deep connection to nature and people makes these places special. Life there feels like art, and every moment is an invitation to savor existence.

3. What would you miss most if you moved away from Hungary?

My family, of course. I’d also miss Hungary’s rich and diverse climate and natural features. There’s a unique blend of resilience, humor, and creativity in Hungarians that makes this country special. And, of course, I’d miss the beautiful network I’ve built throughout my life.

4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?

They must start with a walk along the Danube, followed by a visit to a restaurant to experience Hungary’s and Budapest’s gastronomical beauty. For a deeper connection, I’d take them to a cozy wine bar or a borkóstoló (wine tasting) to explore Hungarian wines. And no trip is complete without a soak in one of the city’s thermal baths - it’s the perfect way to unwind and reflect.

5. What is your favourite food?

It’s a very hard question because I’m a big fan of cooking and experiencing different cuisines. I love exploring new flavors, especially when they’re paired with a great story or shared in good company. The joy of cooking and sharing food with others carries a very special energy that’s deeply rooted in humanity’s history.

6. What is your favourite sport / form of exercise?

I enjoy hiking, meditation, and breathwork at the moment, but I’m always trying out new things. Hiking allows me to connect with nature and clear my mind, while meditation and breathwork help me stay present and connect with my higher self.

7. What is your favourite place in Hungary?

The Tokaj wine region holds a special place in my heart. I had the chance to create world-class wines in a beautiful valley in Sárospatak. It’s not just about the wines - it’s the history, the landscapes, and the sense of timelessness that make it magical. Every visit feels like going home again. The same applies to Eger, where I started my career as a winemaker. And I love the Danube Bend (Dunakanyar) because it reminds me of my childhood, but with an upgrade - ountains and beautiful landscapes.

8. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?

Since I’m already on the path to something new in coaching, I’d say I’d love to be a philosopher. Exploring the deeper questions of life and sharing those insights with others has always been a passion of mine. In many ways, Euphoria Tasting is my way of blending philosophy with the art of living.

9. What’s a job you would definitely never want?

Anything that involves sitting in a cubicle all day, disconnected from people and creativity. I thrive on human connection and the freedom to express myself.

10. Where did you spend your last vacation?

My last summer was super intense, with many destinations, but the last one was in Pula, Croatia, with my girlfriend.

11. Where do you hope to spend your next one?

We’re going to Sicily, and there are many more destinations on the list already. :) The combination of stunning landscapes, rich history, and incredible gastronomy makes it a dream destination for me.

12. What was your favourite band, film, or hobby as a teen?

I was never deeply into any band or film, even though we had a video tape rental. If I had to mention a film, I’d say it was Donnie Darko, and I also loved Jim Carrey movies.

Music-wise, I loved bands like Chemical Brothers, Morcheeba, and Fatboy Slim.

My favorite hobby was fishing—not the kind where you sit and wait, but where you use artificial bait to hunt predatory fish. It was always amazing to be by the riverside, even if I didn’t catch anything. But when I did, it felt like nothing else.

13. Apart from temptation, what can’t you resist?

I can’t resist a meaningful conversation. Whether it’s over a glass of wine or during a long walk, I’m drawn to discussions that explore life’s big questions and help us understand ourselves and each other better.

14. Red wine or white?

I don’t like when people ask me this question. :D Every wine has a unique story and history, and I don’t like to compare. But I can tell you that I love wines with authentic character and depth. I truly appreciate aged and complex wines. Drinking some of those is like a beautiful dance or telling a story that evolves.

15. Book or movie?

I go through phases. Back then, I watched a lot of movies and series, but now I feel like I wasted a lot of time. Sometimes I feel like sitting down to read, but I rarely finish a book because I’m a different person the next day or week, and I might not even be interested in the topic anymore.

At the moment, neither - I’m living life in the fast lane and am too productive to spend time on time-consuming things. Right now, I try to extract only the information that serves me in my life, and for that, podcasts during long drives are the best. But one thing that will never change is my curiosity about other people’s stories.

For me, this beats both books and movies. It covers all genres and can’t get more real than that.

16. Morning person or night person?

I was always more of a night person, but now I’m both. :D I go to sleep late and wake up early. There’s a special kind of magic in the early hours when the world is quiet and full of possibilities.

17. Which social issue do you feel most strongly about?

Mental health and the importance of self-awareness. I believe that understanding ourselves is the first step toward creating a more compassionate and connected world.

18. Buda or Pest side?

Both have their pros, but let’s say Pest. I love its energy, creativity, and the way it constantly reinvents itself while staying true to its roots.

19. Which achievement in your life are you most pleased about?

Another hard question. I recently made a list of 100 achievements in my life that I’m proud of. :D But right now, I can say that my biggest achievement is that I’ve found my life’s purpose and am actively living it! My purpose is to bring light to the world through my realizations and experiences and to help others live purposeful and fulfilling lives.

To do this, I’ve created many things, including Astral Programming, Light Way Coaching, and, most recently, Euphoria Tasting. It’s not just an event series - it’s a movement that combines wine, self-awareness, and human connection. Seeing people leave our events inspired and transformed is the most rewarding feeling I could ever achieve.

20. What would you say is your personal motto?

“Every person is the creator of their own reality.”
