Hundreds of people converged outside a Fidesz party office on Budafoki út in the 11th District on Saturday to protest after a journalist from website 444 was expelled from a local forum and pushed around on Thursday.

Until 25 April tramline 4 and 6 will be running on two separate route sections due to refurbishment works for two and a half weeks. The two divided sections are between Széll Kálmán tér and Wesselényi utca, and between South Buda and Harminckettesek tere.

The Zemplén Festival in northeastern Hungary will celebrate its 25th anniversary, with a focus on classical music and jazz, between August 12 and 21. Some sixty events will be held at over thirty venues in nearly twenty towns and villages, festival director Miklós Turjányi told public news channel M1.
