According to low-cost airline Ryanair’s announced flight cancellations, flights number 3717 and 3718 between Budapest and Stansted, London on Wednesdays are being cancelled, Index learnt.

Snowfall caused disruptions throughout Hungary on Monday. Road accidents were many and trains were delayed, though no flight cancellations were reported from Budapest’s international Liszt Ferenc airport. Runways at the airport are being continually cleared of snow and only minor departure delays are expected due to time taken to defrost aircraft, Budapest Airport spokesman Mihály Hardy said.
