Work has started to build a sports park named after football legend Lászlo Kubala in Budapest’s 13th district. Lászlo Kubala was a forward who played for clubs in Czechoslovakia and Spain. FC Barcelona’s fans elected Kubala, who died in 2000, as the club’s best player of all time.

From the organisers: This summer, until 17 August, the Vajdahunyad Castle Summer Music Festival cordially invites everyone to its programs, offering seven classical music concerts and performances by the Budapest Bar, the Budapest Gypsy Symphony Orchestra and the Sabbathsong Klezmer Band.
