It is unlikely that Budapest’s dilapidated Keleti international railway station will be renovated before 2023, business daily Napi Gazdaság said. Citing the National Infrastructure Development Company, the paper said a project to relay tracks must be completed by 2020, the end of the next European Union budgetary period, before the station’s renovation can take place.

Germany’s Bosch is moving production and development of electric woodworking tools from Switzerland to Hungary as part of a restructuring, the engineering giant said. Bosch will expand its tool plant in Miskolc (NE Hungary) from the second half of 2014, creating 320 jobs by the end of 2016.
