The Hungarian Chamber of Pharmacists said that pharmacies will also enforce the voluntary price restrictions of pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers so pharmacies will sell the products concerned at their own list prices as of December 31, 2024, or cheaper, National Economy Minister Marton Nagy said on his Facebook page.

The Életmentő app (which literally means “life-saving” in Hungarian) was developed by the Hungarian National Ambulance Service together with Vodafone Hungary. It lets you request help from emergency services directly through your phone, and sends them your real-time location. No need to know the nearest cross street. No need to panic about explaining “we’re just past the bend with the plum tree.”
