The villa districts 2 and 12 in the Buda hills are the most expensive districts, both in terms of wealthy neighborhoods and square meter prices. District 12 leads in terms of income, meaning here is the highest concentration of wealthy residents. District 2 on the other hand boasts the highest square meter prices in the city.

Hungarian and Austrian police have uncovered a gang of Hungarian and Ukrainian car thieves, operating across all three countries. Barnabás Balogh of Szabolcs county police said the suspects generally stole very expensive cars in Austria, then had them disassembled in a Nyíregyháza workshop before selling the components in Ukraine.
